Life's good recently, so yay. ^-^  Just ended SVE CA3 today too, double yay.  Left with tps & mice presentation, lifeskills booth, and that's it till the 'eoy' exams in March. Can't wait for the holidays!!! :-*

What does "Family" mean to you?

 

Chanced upon this question on the web & I just felt like blogging about my family so yup... here I am! :)

I've always envy people with happy familly when I'm young (even up till now)

My parents divorced in year 2005, when I was in primary 4. At that time, I was only a 10YO girl so I didn't know anything about divorce. It's only when we shifted from Fajar (used to stay in Fajar, on the 12th floor & my grandmother staying on the 8th, rlly miss those time a lot sigh) to Marsiling (where I am staying rn)

Ever since that time, I would rarely see my dad. All I saw was my mom & bro (I only have one younger bro & I'm the eldest in the family) Yup so subsequently then I know the meaning of divorce and also the reason to my parents' divorce. It is actually due to my dad having another woman outside. It's ever since that day that I hated 3rd party so so much.

If only there's no 3rd party around, I might still have a complete family. If only.

For these past few years, I only visited my dad for like once/twice per year. When I was still in lower sec, I went to stay over at my grandmother's house almost every holiday/when I am free (my dad is staying with my grandma rn), so I still see him for quite some time. But subsequently as time past, & getting busier with schooling & work, I rarely head over to my grandmother's house. It's only until the cny period that I'll get to see the both of them.

I really miss my grandmother so much but I would rarely head down because I don't want to see my dad there. It's so awkward every time I see him. Last year during cny period when we (mom bro & I) went over to visit grandma, dad is not even around at home. He was outside gambling I think (with the woman) So annoyed with him. Why can't he just return to take a look at the both of us (bro & I) It's like we rarely even come back here to visit y'all & you decide to just gamble away without coming back to talk to us. Actually, even if he came back to talk to us, I don't think I'll have anything to say to him.

Oh ya. Did I mention? My bday is one day before his, mine on the 24th & his on the 25th. Last year during my bday, he didn't even send me any bday text/call. Nothing at all. Totally forgot about it until mom wanted me to send him a bday text. Didn't want to do it but I did send him a text, and guess what reply I got back? "Tks" Just a thanks z I nearly cried when I saw the text. So we are so unimportant to you?

The only regret I am having rn is not able to have a 全家福. The most recent photo as a whole together with them was when I was young, like 4/5YO?

Aiya whatever the case is, I hope both my mom & dad will be happy together with their partners (yes my mom has a boyf now too)

Still envy those who have a complete family, learn to cherish your family members before it's too late.

    School's starting on Monday omg why. So not prepared for school yet. Tons of things not done. Haven't had enough fun too hahahaha. But am excited to see my animal farm friends hehehe. ^-^ (Just not excited to be studying in the new campus, idky)

被骗 to work yesterday, not angry thou but I keep complaining and I think it's super funny. So in the end I worked and I went to cut my hair after work ahhhh I am missing my long hair rn (Nah it's okay, hair will grow)

Spending the next few Saturdays (after school reopens) going for the rehearsals hai a bit regretting now ah LOL. :(

Jx's leaving by end of this month, haiyo why so sudden. :(
Oh ya, bff's bday chalet in March, & also Genting trip in March with fav people. Ok bye.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! :-)

So... I spent my last day of 2012 by working in the afternoon, and then went home to get changed and met my favorite people at mcc! Head down to Yishun @ 9pm for our late dinner, & after walking around, we settled down at XinWang Cafe. Ordered some chicken baked rice for myself & tbh I don't think it's nice so.. I didn't finish my food. Ah wasted. :-(((

Initially wanted to go for some countdown event at Yishun but since it was raining so we went to Nicky's house instead! After settling ourselves down, started playing 007 & some 接龙 game and whoever lost had to drink. Played for around an hour and the guys started playing FIFA12 and I was there with the two girls blabbering nonsense (I think), and I kept having the I-want-to-vomit-feeling so I kept walking to the toilet. Finally vomit after visiting the toilet for the 5th/6th time. Omg horrible feeling, never want to drink again (ok too exaggerating hahahahaha) and I realize my face was damn red..... -_-.

Fall asleep in the living room for idk how long (half an hour maybe) and it's mahjong time. Rachel & Nicky taught Siewhoon & me how to play mahjong too weeeeee. And yay (I think) I finally know how to play mahjong thanks to them! :-) Watched them played and tried playing for a few times too ^-^. Decided to sleep cus I was too bored and woke up half an hour after they finished playing. Nua for a bit and left Nicky's house at 8am. Went to dabao mcbreakfast and headed home. Weeee love spending time with my favorite people. Hehe ok bye. :-*
